Once your order has been dispatched from our UK warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email (please also check your spam/junk folder).
2. Click the tracking link provided in the email.
3. Enter your tracking number if prompted.

Order Not Dispatched Yet?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. If it has been longer than this and you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact us.

Can't Find Your Tracking Information?
Email us at support@bagistryheritage.com with your order number, and we'll send you an update on your order status.

Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days across the UK.
