Unless explicitly and truthfully stated otherwise, Bagistry Heritage is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or an authorised retailer of these brands.
Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used on our website to identify the original manufacturer of the pre-owned merchandise being offered.

The secondary luxury market is filled with extraordinary pieces.
Some are timeless designs that remain relevant decades after they were first introduced. Others are discontinued styles, older collections or bags that simply deserve to be enjoyed again rather than stored away and forgotten.

You cannot always hold the bag in your hands before purchasing it. You therefore depend on accurate photographs, meaningful condition information, clear measurements, reliable customer service and a retailer that does not try to make a pre-owned product appear to be something it is not.

Rather than attempting to make every bag appear factory-new, we believe customers should be given enough information to decide whether the condition is right for them.
That means condition is considered individually rather than relying only on attractive marketing language.
What Comes With Your Bag
A pre-owned handbag does not necessarily include the same accessories that accompanied it when originally sold.
Some pieces may include items such as a dust bag, box, removable strap, pouch, lock, keys, cards or other accessories.
Others may be sold as the handbag only.
The product listing should state what is included with the item wherever relevant.
We do not want customers to assume that original packaging or accessories are included unless we have clearly said so.
