3. How to Request a Return

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

If the requested replacement item is available, we will process your exchange after receiving and inspecting your returned item.

If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
